Renew Chiropractic is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in a long-term role supporting a busy, family-centered chiropractic practice.
This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities at once, can shift priorities quickly when needed, and remains professional and composed during busy or unpredictable moments.
This is not a basic front desk role. Our office supports three doctors and a high volume of prenatal, pediatric, and family patients through a structured, real-time scheduling system. This role is essential to keeping the day running smoothly for patients, providers, and the team.

The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with the Office Manager and clinical team to support daily operations, patient flow, and front-office systems.
This role requires someone who:

• Understands that healthcare environments require flexibility during the day

• Scheduling and coordinating patient visits for three doctors

• Providing a calm, welcoming experience for patients and families
• Assisting with babies and children when appropriate
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front-office environment
• Supporting the Office Manager with operational tasks and problem-solving
• Communicating clearly with the team to keep the day moving efficiently
